Ruggedized Camera Designed for Optimal Outdoor Surveillance
The DefendX WiFi Camera is a completely wire-free, ruggedized camera with an IP66 weatherproof rating for outdoor use. The device is equipped with high-powered IR LEDs and a smart PIR sensor to enable clear, detailed night vision up to 32 feet. Daylight videos are in clear 1080p HD resolution and images are 12MP customizable. The camera features an 85° viewing angle.
An extremely long battery life enables the user to run the camera on the same battery for up to 200 days at an average of 10 images captured per day. Photos and videos can be reviewed, played back on the free included smartphone app, DefendCam. Users can set up to receive alerts about motion detection, recording triggers, etc. Stored footage can also be reviewed directly on the device using the 2-inch LCD screen. Footage can also be stored on an on-board SD card (not included, compatible with up to 32GB of storage). Optional third-party cloud storage is available via the mobile app.
