The Samsung SmartCam A1 is a modular surveillance system that comes with a base station and detachable camera. The camera has a 2.8mm lens with a wide, 130° field of view to capture 1920 x 1080 resolution video at up to 30 fps. IR LEDs allow the camera to produce clear images of objects in complete darkness from up to 24' away. The Samsung SmartCam A1 has a built-in battery that can power the camera for up to 3 hours and a magnetic base, providing for flexible placement of the camera. Simply place the camera onto the base station to charge it.
The Base Station is able to pan the camera up to 350° ensuring you are able to view large rooms. The 1080p indoor security camera features a built-in microphone and the base station has a built-in speaker, enabling two-way audio communication. Additionally, when you enable the auto tracking feature, the station camera automatically tracks the detected subject or object in view via motion detection. Video and audio can be stored onto a microSD card up to 128GB (available separately). WiFi connectivity provides for a quick setup and allows for remote viewing using the free Wisenet SmartCam+ mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
