Lightweight, Weather-Resistant Thermal Imaging Monocular Designed to be Durable
The Pulsar Quantum LD19A Thermal Imaging Monocular was designed to capture "white hot" and "black hot" heat signatures at a distance of more than 500 yards. With a thermal core resolution of 384x288, which is 20% more than standard, this monocular has the ability to capture maximum thermal energy efficiently for a more detailed image.
With a 9 hertz frame rate and a 2x digital zoom, the LD19A monocular can perform well in a variety of conditions. With lightweight glass-nylon composite housing, the LD19A weighs in at just under a pound and is resistant to wet weather conditions. The iris-style objective lens eliminates the need for a lens cover which could be lost or get in the way.
To make the monocular even more versatile, it operates in three different modes (city, forest, and identification) as well as three different calibration modes for image stability (manual, automatic, and semi-automatic). It can also be up to you how you choose to power your monocular as it can take four lithium AA batteries or run on the EPS3 or EPS6 battery packs by Pulsar, giving you two different power configurations.
The Pulsar Quantum LD19A Thermal Imaging Monocular was engineered specifically with law enforcement uses in mind, but it can also be used for a number of other applications, including hunting.
