The switch provides 802.1p priority queues for QoS or Quality of Service, allowing users to run bandwidth-sensitive applications such as multimedia and VoIP Internet telephone without data flow bottlenecks that can degrade the quality of the network connection. It supports IEEE802.3az EEE which enables the switch to reduce power usage when the switch is at low utilization, allowing users to save on power consumption and costs. During these periods of low utilization, the switches can enter a low-power state and use up less power than regular operations. Equipped with a comprehensive LED display, you can monitor the status and activity of every port at a glance. The switch features a 1U rackmount form factor, making it an excellent addition to your network.
