Featuring an 8MP CMOS sensor and a 2.8mm fixed lens, this 8MP 2.8mm IR HDCVI Dome Camera from Dahua Technology captures video at resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 15 fps in a 110.8° field of view. It uses Starlight technology to deliver color video in low light conditions down to 0.005 lux and has an IR cut filter and an IR LED for 0 lux night vision as far as 98'. For applications with both bright and low lighting conditions that change quickly, True WDR of 120 dB optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same time to provide usable video.
The camera is equipped with an RCA audio input for capturing audio with a separately available microphone. The audio signals are transmitted over coax along with the video signals. The camera complies with the IK10 Vandal Resistance impact rating making it capable of withstanding the equivalent of 5 kg (11.02 lbs) of force dropped from a height of 40 cm (15.75 in.) Designed for use in vandal-prone outdoor locations, the camera is housed in an IP67-rated enclosure.
