The ACTi I48 comes equipped with a 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor to capture images at resolutions up to 1920x1080 at 30 fps. With Extreme Wide Dynamic Range of 145 dB, Superior Low Light Sensitivity, and 27 adaptive IR LEDs, this camera is suitable for use in day/night conditions. It also features a mechanical IR-cut filter.
The adaptive IR LEDs allow for automatic adjustment of IR illumination when the camera zooms into an area to narrow down the beam angle and extend the range to cover the zoom-in area. While zooming out, the adaptive IR LED technology will adjust the illumination back to cover the wider area. The Weatherproof IP67- and Vandal Proof Metal Casing IK10-rated camera is fit for use in varying weather conditions as well as high-risk environments. It also supports PoE that eliminates the need for a separate power supply and associated wiring.
